It is definitely a great news that someone from Kuching is promoting and introducing the game of Go to the youngster and even adults. The person in charge: Mr.Lim (林国财) is very passionate in go and taking up the interest to teach all the new people in Kuching.

Just hope Kuching can join the 1st Brunei Invitational International Tournament which is falling on the 6th December to the 7th December, 2014!
The 9th Korea Prime Minister Baduk Championship had just adjourned on the 23rd September, 2014. It was definitely a great experience for everyone especially Hui Yee who had made her debut in this world championship. It is however the host Association did not fully sponsor the event making a drop from 60s to 52 countries only this year.
There were many notable players in tournament such as: Taewoong Wei of Korea (who got 2nd during the WAGC) HU YuQing from China, Sebastian Mualim from Indonesia, Wan Kao of Macau and Andrew Kay of United Kingdom.
Regardless, Hui Yee had shown her great fighting spirit against all the foes she against earning herself 1 win.
The 9th Korea Prime Minister Baduk Championship will be occurring on the 17th September to the 23rd September, 2014 first time in Seoul, South Korea! Our most talented female player: Hui Yee (1-dan) will be making her debut in this world championship against over 60-countries! The Association’s president Chai Hui (1-dan) will be accompanying the player and exposing herself to the host Association.
The 9th National Youth DayCelebration was held at the Indoor Stadium Brunei Darussalam on the 3rd September, 2014 in the morning from 08 00. His Majesty the Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam arrived at 10 00. During the event, His Majesty also presented a titah and awarded three recipients and one association with an annual youth award.
On the other hand, Ray, David Duo, Xinwen, Jiahui and Peng Hui attended the celebration as the representative of Brunei Darussalam Go Association.
