There was a Brunei Chinese Culture Festival held at Kiarong, Taichi Association on the 7th September, to the 9th of September, 2012.
In the event, there was booth set up by varies Chinese Cultural Association of Brunei such as the Tai-Chi, Calligraphy, Chinese Chess, Chinese Literature, Chinese Tea Art, Photography and Bonsai.
During the course of events, the participants could also register to join, and to witness Blind Chess or Simultaneous game offered by the Chinese Chess Federation of Brunei.
It was a learning experience for Xinwen on behalf of the Brunei Darussalam Go Association (BDGA) though bit shameful not able to set up a Go booth there to promote.
The University of Brunei Darussalam Go Club (UBD Go Club) has finally set up as CCA and they will be meeting every Wednesday after from 14 00 to 16 00.
The Go Club is in charge by two dedicated members from the Association, LIM Chai Hui (Chairman) and LI En Ru (Vice-Chairman).
