The competition was held on the 16th June of 2013 from the morning 10 00 to the 17 30 at the Pusat Belia. The tournament comprised of 10 participants categorised by two division: Division One and Division Two. The tournament system has been set to Round Robin.

The special rules of this tournament was that the players from the Division One had to play the opening shown on the diagram, [Shusaku Opening]. While the Division Two must only plays the Black 1-3 moves.

The intention of this rules is to get them prepared and appreciate the Shusaku Opening from the history.

Runner-up: KaoXiang 1dan
3rd place: Michael 1dan
4th place: Victor 3kyu (promoted to 2kyu)

Champion: Cheeming 7kyu (promoted to 6-kyu)
Runner-up: Azim 8kyu
3rd place: JingQuan 10kyu (promoted to 9kyu)
4th place: HawLin 10kyu

Extra note: Division One should have played two games in the morning instead of one; because they use more times than the Division Two.
